A global software company seeks a Regional Sales Manager to build and scale a sales organization in EMEA and APAC. You will lead teams, focusing on selling ER / Studio software to various companies. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills, proven management experience, and a track record of exceeding sales goals. This position demands excellent communication and strategic planning abilities, particularly in the technology sector.
We are seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager who will build and scale a direct sales organization in the EMEA and APAC markets with a focus on selling ER / Studio.
The Regional Sales Manager will lead the EMEA sales teams, focusing on selling ER / Studio software to organizations ranging from mid-size to Fortune 100 companies. As Manager, you will translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into a meaningful context that can be easily executed within each regional sales team. As we scale our organization to the next level to take advantage of market opportunities, this leader will utilize past experience in building and implementing large-scale and successful sales practices to work closely with our partners, demand generation and product teams to significantly grow revenues.
The ideal candidate will have previously built out and scaled a direct sales organization. The candidate will also need to possess the ability to identify valuable emerging markets and form sales strategies to keep your regions competitive and innovative. In addition to being a strong leader, coach and mentor, s / he must be an excellent communicator who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenge of advancing a sales team, increasing sales and exceeding goals and objectives.
