We’re on the lookout for a Regional Sales Manager to take the lead across our Northern region. We’re after someone who communicates with confidence, negotiates like a pro, and presents with real impact. You’ll nurture your accounts’ old favourites and brand-new prospects, bring fresh ideas to the table, and turn opportunities into results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own your patch – Take charge of the Northern region like it’s your home turf, growing sales, spotting opportunities, and making sure Thermos is always winning on your watch.
  • Build relationships that actually mean something – Get to know our customers, old and new. Earn their trust, learn what makes them tick, and keep them excited about working with Thermos.
  • Make meetings worth attending – Whether it’s a range review, a product demo, or a quick catch‑up, you’ll bring energy, insight, and ideas that leave customers wanting more.
  • Hunt down opportunities – See a gap? Fill it. Spot a trend? Jump on it. Notice a competitor creeping in? Outsmart them. You’ll turn regional insights into real wins.
  • Bring the national plan to life – Take our big‑picture strategy and make it happen on the ground, launching new products, landing promotions, and ensuring everything hits with impact.
  • Keep the Thermos front and centre – From shelf presence to online listings, you’ll make sure our products look great, stay in stock, and get the attention they deserve.
  • Negotiate like a pro – Lead confident conversations on pricing, promotions, and terms, keeping deals fair, smart, and commercially sharp.
  • Know your numbers – Stay on top of forecasts, reports, and account plans so we always know what’s happening in your region (and what’s coming next).
  • Team up across the business – Work with marketing, operations, and the broader sales team to keep customers supported and everything running smoothly.
  • Fly the Thermos flag – Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and store visits with enthusiasm, credibility, and a smile.
THE PERSON

Strong self‑discipline, motivation, and drive are the secret ingredients to smashing it in this role — and we’re looking for someone who’s got plenty of all three. You’ll bring a well‑rounded skill set, bags of energy, and the ambition to help push Thermos to the next level. A sharp eye for detail wouldn’t hurt either… because the little things really do make a big difference.

This is a hybrid role, giving you the best of both worlds: working from home, collaborating at our UK Thermos Head Office in Leeds, and hitting the road for customer meetings where the real magic happens.
