A leading global spirits company in Greater London is seeking a Regional Sales Manager EMEA to manage and develop business with key travel retail customers across Europe. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Regional Sales or account management, preferably in the Travel Retail sector. Responsibilities include developing brands, leading negotiations, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring alignment with global strategies. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish being a plus. Travel is a key component of the role.

This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships and border shops around the globe. The mission of the Regional Sales Manager EMEA is to manage and develop the company’s business with key travel retail customers in Europe, ensuring brand building, value delivery and share gain in accordance with Global Travel Retail strategy. As one of three Regional Sales Managers, reporting to the Commercial Director of the Europe Regional Hub, this role will work in coordination with other regions to ensure the development of the business with key global customers.
