About the Client

Roles / Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a dispersed team of 5+ Business Development Managers
  • Own and drive commercial performance across the Southern region
  • Enforce CRM best practices, accurate forecasting, and pipeline management (Pipedrive)
  • Conduct joint client visits, structured performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Build and strengthen relationships with major contractors, local authorities, consultants, and frameworks
  • Implement a high-performance sales culture aligned with business growth goals
