We re recruiting a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for a leading financial services provider. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong broker relationships, driving growth and managing a high-performing regional portfolio.

The Regional Sales Manager Role

• Grow and manage a portfolio of brokers within your region
• Achieve monthly sales, volume and retention targets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships across the broker market
• Promote new products and deliver exceptional service
• Analyse performance data and report trends to senior management
• Attend industry events to raise profile and expand your network

About You

• Strong field sales or relationship management experience (financial services and broker experience desirable)
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Confident analysing MI and spotting performance trends
• Highly organised with strong time and territory management skills
• Driven, proactive and comfortable working remotely
