In this role, youll drive growth across the South and South East by building long-term partnerships and offering smarter asset strategies to our valued customers.
Manage and grow your region, developing strong client relationships with both new and existing customers.
Secure long- and short-term rental business across our fleet of premium buses and coaches.
Use your commercial insight to identify opportunities and negotiate profitable deals.
Work closely with the Sales Director to deliver against clear targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records using our Sales Information Database to ensure high-quality reporting.
Youll be a confident communicator who thrives in a B2B environment, comfortable engaging with decision-makers and closing deals that deliver real value. If you understand the transport sector and have a passion for helping customers find the right solution, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Proven B2B sales experience selling higher-value equipment or services.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close opportunities face‑to‑face.
Full, valid UK driving licence.
A genuine team player with a proactive approach and strong commercial judgement.
