Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, and customer‑focused Regional Sales Executive to join our team. In this front‑line role, you’ll often be the first voice our prospects hear, connecting with them over the phone to provide a warm welcome, understand their needs, and promote our range of memberships and services.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively process new and existing memberships using the computerised system, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of customer service.
  • Handle financial transactions efficiently, including payments for memberships and services, with a strong focus on upselling where appropriate.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner, maximising every customer interaction as a sales opportunity.
  • Conduct targeted outreach and follow‑up activities to promote Freedom Leisure’s full range of products and services, driving new business and member retention.

This is a dynamic, target‑driven position ideal for someone who is passionate about helping people, confident in building rapport remotely, and thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment.
