A successful Regional Sales Engineer will:

  • Develop relationships to achieve regional targets across North Midlands and NW
  • Selling automation, safety and vision systems in to broad sectors - food, auto, aero, logistics etc.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Multiple channels to market and variable customer groups.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
