Pure Storage is seeking a Sales Director to accelerate the growth of the Portworx platform across EMEA. Partnering closely with the EMEA AVP of Sales, you’ll design and execute a multi-year strategy to expand market adoption, develop our go-to-market approach, and scale a high-performing software sales organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for leading the Portworx EMEA commercial and enterprise sales team, working cross-functionally across Pure and Portworx to drive consistent growth and operational excellence. You’ll help shape a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement - leading with data, customer impact, and clarity of goals.
