Are you a dynamic sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and leading from the front?

This is a key leadership appointment within anational insurance brokerwith ambitious growth plans across the UK. AsRegional Sales Director for the North East, you'll take ownership of an already successful region - leading a team of talentedDevelopment Executives and a well-established Lead Generation function.

This isn't a "hands-off" management role. You'llset the strategy, inspire the team, and remain actively involved in winning new businesswith mid-corporate and commercial clients.
