The Regional Sink & Spout Sales Associate is a key position responsible for ensuring proper staffing at our Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Showrooms in Southeastern New Hampshire. The role requires extreme flexibility to serve customers across multiple locations, including Rochester, Portsmouth, and Exeter, with the possibility of covering other showrooms as needed.

This is an exempt, salaried position with quarterly sales and profit objectives, complemented by a smaller quarterly commission. The role involves a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.

The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting visitors and callers professionally.
  2. Gaining comprehensive knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  3. Supporting showroom sales staff and assisting in achieving sales and profit goals.
  4. Learning and utilizing company systems such as CSD and Specbook software.
  5. Generating and following up on sales quotes, working collaboratively with customers and contractors.
  6. Maintaining a neat and organized store environment and participating in company events and training.
  7. Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a professional appearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Interest or experience in the kitchen, bath, and lighting industry.
  • Solutions-based selling and closing techniques, or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and internet research.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or training preferred.
