Jellycat Toy Co. Ltd. is seeking a Retail and Activation Regional Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver retail projects across Jellycat stores and partner locations.

You will translate briefs into actionable plans and drive store initiatives and retail experiences that bring the Jellycat brand to life. Reporting to Brand & Activations and Retail Operations, you will manage multiple projects, budgets, timelines and stakeholder updates, building strong supplier and partner relationships while

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail project management, retail operations, visual merchandising or similar multi-site environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and logistical planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills across different teams and functions.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, partners and senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating retail projects from planning through to delivery across stores and partner locations.
• Managing project plans, timelines, budgets and rollout trackers to keep projects on track.
• Creating and maintaining key project documentation, including resource logs, risk registers and reporting tools.
• Converting briefs into clear actions and deliverables for internal teams.
• Organising project communications, meetings and stakeholder updates across multiple workstreams.
• Managing the ordering, allocation and delivery of fixtures, equipment, signage and display materials.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, contractors and retail partners.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and providing solutions to stay on schedule.
• Driving collaboration across teams to ensure successful project execution and outstanding retail experiences.
• Supporting day-to-day retail operations when required.
