Job summary

MTVH is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a newly established team of administrators supporting Phase 2 of Awaab's Law. You will coach staff, manage case work and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery across damp and mould, repairs and compliance areas.

You will work with operational managers and regional teams to maintain responsive customer outcomes and support the programme rollout. Strong leadership, communication and data quality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in housing, repairs, customer services or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of social housing services and regulatory requirements.
• Experience handling complex customer enquiries with sensitivity.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop colleagues.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience monitoring performance and driving improvements.
• Attention to detail and data quality commitment.
• Proficient with business systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of administrators delivering case management and admin services.
• Ensure cases are recorded, monitored and progressed to resolution per standards.
• Manage case allocations, workloads and priorities for timely responses.
• Oversee escalations, customer enquiries and complex cases with guidance.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach team members to build capability and consistency.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and record keeping.
• Collaborate with operational teams, contractors and colleagues.
• Support implementation and continual improvement of Awaab's Law processes.
• Produce performance information and insights for decision-making.
• Promote MTVH values and foster a high-performing team culture.
