to help lead, motivate, and shape performance across a network of Yorkshire offices.
This is a senior role with genuine progression to Director level and future equity opportunities perfect for a leader who wants to make a long‑term impact in a business that values ambition, authenticity, and straight‑talking delivery.
As Permanent regional Recruitment Manager, you will :
Lead from the front, driving permanent recruitment performance through business development, client visits, and hands‑on delivery.
Be fully mobile across a network of Yorkshire offices, providing on‑site leadership, coaching, and visibility.
Train, develop, and mentor consultants, particularly in selling and delivering both contingency and retained permanent recruitment solutions.
Act as a motivational, lead‑by‑example manager who inspires high performance through actions as well as guidance.
Work closely with the Yorkshire‑based CEO to shape regional strategy and expand the companys permanent recruitment capability.
Strengthen existing relationships and win new business across Yorkshires commercial, technical, professional services, and engineering sectors.
Build a high‑performance culture where consultants feel supported, empowered, and driven to succeed.
You will need : Proven experience in
permanent recruitment
as a Manager, Team Leader, or high‑performing Senior Consultant ready for step‑up support.Experience of being
Regional Recruitment
Managers
is not essential.
Practical experience selling both contingency and retained recruitment solutions.
The ability to train consultants in how to position, pitch, and deliver retained and contingency services.
Strong knowledge of the Yorkshire business community, with the confidence to build long‑term regional relationships.
A mobile, hands‑on leadership approach comfortable travelling across multiple Yorkshire sites.This is a Regional Recruitment Manager role covering the Yorkshire region.
A motivational, people‑focused style with the ability to lead by example in billing, BD, standards, and behaviours.
Commercial awareness, ambition, and the drive to progress to Director level.
Senior leadership role within a well‑established Yorkshire recruitment business.
