Job summary

Stride Resource Management collaborates with a major international insurance broker to appoint an Account Executive who will lead and grow the Real Estate proposition locally in Manchester. You will own a regional book, win new business, and deliver tailored insurance programmes for sophisticated real estate portfolios.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client management, backed by strong broking, claims, and risk support, and offers autonomy to shape the region’s strategy

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of real estate insurance markets and client needs.
• Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships.
• ACII (or progress towards) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Real Estate proposition with support from specialists.
• Manage an initial panel of real estate clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Advise developers, property owners, asset managers, investors and managing agents.
• Collaborate with broking, claims and risk teams to tailor insurance programmes.
• Act as regional expert to support colleagues and business development.
