Job summary

UCB is seeking a Regional Rare Disease Lead to cover the London Area. You will represent UCB within rare disease communities, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, patient networks, and ecosystem stakeholders.

You will develop strategic territory plans, communicate clinical data, and contribute to patient access while delivering commercial objectives, all within a high ethical standard. The role supports a hybrid work model in the UK & Ireland Rare Disease team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Field-based sales/account management experience in biopharma.
• Experience in rare diseases is preferred.
• Strong multi-channel engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Represent UCB within rare disease communities and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned to patient journeys.
• Communicate balanced, high-quality information on rare disease therapies to clinicians.
• Maintain expert knowledge of disease areas and relevant clinical data.
• Deliver commercial objectives while supporting patient access and outcomes.
