Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance, facilities management, and project management.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage all property-related activities for DHL Express sites in the region.
• Deliver annual leasehold and capital works within budget and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations for plant and equipment servicing.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors for property projects.
• Prepare and manage property budgets ensuring cost control.
• Lead property projects from inception to completion.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with contractors and internal departments.
