Who are we looking for?

Leading the delivery of our Asset Management Strategy, ensuring asset-related information is collected and reviewed to inform investment decisions and maintain compliance. This includes conducting asset management reviews and option appraisals to make sure the right decisions are made at the right time.

Managing programme and contract delivery within your region, ensuring smooth operations and effective contract oversight to achieve quality and financial outcomes whilst ensuring we adhere to our financial regulations.

Driving improvements in service delivery by working closely with contractors and subsidiary companies. Using data to understand performance and identify opportunities for better outcomes for residents. Working smarter and more efficiently using trials within the region to experiment and learn in key areas such as site services.

Lastly, providing clear leadership and support to the team, encouraging learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. Making sure health and safety standards are met, helping staff develop, and setting a positive example through your actions.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in managing property-related services and delivering large-scale contracts. You will bring experience in leading complex operations and ensuring high standards of quality and performance.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills are key, along with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with residents, contractors and suppliers. You should also have a solid understanding of compliance requirements, procurement processes, and asset management principles.

This role demands the ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will be critical to success.

Strong leadership skills are essential. We need someone who can inspire and motivate teams, build capability, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
