Regional Programme Administrator – Lung Cancer Screening (LCS)

Location: Remote - supporting our services in the South East.

Full-time / Monday to Friday / Flexibility through core office hours. Home-based with occasional travel in line with business needs.

Salary: £24,500 + InHealth benefits.

Main duties of the job
  • Supporting mobilisation and day‑to‑day operations of the LCS programme
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Managing procurement tasks and supporting logistical arrangements
  • Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and incident investigations
  • Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and site handbooks
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external providers
  • Supporting patient engagement, social media activity, and communications
  • Conducting audits and risk assessments to ensure service quality
What we are looking for
  • Experience in a customer or patient‑facing role, ideally in healthcare
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Self‑motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Knowledge of LCS programmes (desirable)
