About the job

As part of go‑to‑market (GTM), the EMEA Tools team is responsible for leading our business tools deployment efforts. We work closely with Business, Global Product Leads, in‑region GTM, and Product Manager/Engineers to streamline complexity, uplevel promoter capabilities and activate high impact tool solutions. In this role, you will help discover, design, build, test, and launch business tools and features to help our Large Customer Sales (LCS) promoters do more, faster. You will use your analytical skills to derive insights from complex data and inform decision‑making across the region, while using your excellent communication and presentation skills to help you develop plans and recommendations that influence the actions of global partners, promoters and executive leaders. You will also rely on your execution skills to drive the implementation of strategic projects as well as core operational processes. You will be an experienced performer who is able to execute under tight deadlines and work across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver the local activation strategy for large change management projects; achieving optimal success and driving forward regional business priorities.
  • Partner with EMEA GTM, business leaders and business to understand business requirements and provide the regional voice back to product to shape development.
  • Influence and manage large stakeholder networks, embed tools roadmap within regional strategy and ensure EMEA’s needs are represented in the prioritization process.
  • Collaborate with regional partners to achieve activation strategy, lead testing programs and amplify promoter feedback to drive change.
