Boots RDH in Basingstoke is seeking an Operative to join our fast-paced, healthcare-focused warehouse environment. You’ll help receive deliveries, store stock and prepare medicines for automated dispensing, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

Working on-site, you’ll cover early to late shifts (06:00–22:00) across seven days, with occasional weekends. This role provides a hands-on path within Boots' regional dispensing operations, supporting stores and patients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Reliable timekeeping and attendance.
• Able to follow procedures and safety requirements.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends when required.

Responsabilités

• Receive, check and process deliveries.
• Sort and store stock in designated locations.
• Prepare medicines for automated dispensing.
• Ensure safe handling of medicines.
• Maintain inventory and stock control.
• Support smooth movement of products through dispensing.
• Collaborate with Operations and Pharmacy teams.
• Follow health, safety and procedures.
• Assist with additional operational tasks.
