Job summary

Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust in Worcestershire is seeking a Regional Partnerships & Fundraising Manager to drive sustainable income growth and develop long-term partnerships across the West Midlands and beyond.

You will build corporate partnerships, grow Payroll Giving, oversee trusts, and lead a charity fundraiser while contributing to the Senior Leadership Team to shape the organisation's future.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of securing income, sponsorships, partnerships or commercial opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience managing pipelines and using CRM systems effectively.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
• The ability to turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Growing Payroll Giving and employee engagement programmes
• Overseeing strategic trusts and grants activity
• Developing Regular Giving and supporter stewardship programmes
• Expanding regional networks and strategic relationships
• Managing pipelines, forecasting and income planning
• Leading and developing our Charity Fundraiser through coaching, mentoring and support
• Contributing as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to the future direction and growth of the charity
