Qualifications

  • Registered General Nurse/Theatre Practitioner with NMC/ODP or HCPC registration is desirable but not essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Previous leadership experience in a day surgical and/or operating theatre environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure comprehensive care provision to all ophthalmic patients across hospitals.
  • Provide clinical leadership to hospital sites and manage clinical services.
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of relevant pathways.
