A leading insurance provider seeks a Regional Operations Manager in Scotland to oversee operational excellence and service delivery across branches. You will manage processes, lead teams, and drive improvements within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have significant management experience, knowledge of the finance regulated industry, and strong leadership skills. Our Branch Managers in Glasgow and Leeds/Newcastle are excited to bring to market a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Regional Operations Manager working across Scotland and the Leeds/Newcastle areas.
In this role you’ll lead and manage operational activities, ensuring operational excellence through robust operational stability and customer service. You’ll deliver on our promises to our brokers and customers by simplifying operations and finding capacity to invest where necessary for the longer term. You’ll also implement the business plans by managing resources and processes so that a high quality, consistent, efficient and compliant service is provided to brokers to enable profitable growth.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 60% of your week away from home, at our office locations in Glasgow Newcastle and Leeds, visiting clients or attending industry events. Regular travel between the branches will be a key element of the role.
