EQUANS is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for our Digital Services in the North East and Midlands, with base at our Leeds office. You will lead a team of 15–20 BMS service engineers and partners, ensuring high‑quality service and adherence to SLAs across hospitals, schools, government buildings, and commercial spaces.
You will manage contracts, budgets, and KPIs, drive growth opportunities, and ensure safety, compliance, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Equans is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Digital business, based from our office in Leed with the objective to support sites across the North East and part of the Midlands.

This Regional Contracts Manager role sits within Digital Services (Digital & Energy) and is responsible for all elements of BMS and digital service within their portfolio. This role is there to ensure our teams are managed efficiently to provide an effective and high‑quality technical service to customers and Equans colleagues. Our Managers continually review team performance, contracts, growth opportunities & innovation while ensuring customer satisfaction in line with SLAs. Contracts in each portfolio include:
