We are currently recruiting a Regional Operations Manager who will take on the exciting opportunity to lead 15 Premier Inn hotels across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with locations including Belfast, Dublin, Cork and the Isle of Man – with additional new openings in the pipeline. Our Regional Operations Managers play a key role in spot talent, develop people and lead our teams to do what they love most – making our guests happy.
Salary up to £82,000 per annum plus benefits.

• Lead 15 Premier Inn hotels across Northern Ireland and Ireland, driving sales and business KPI targets to deliver our growth agenda through a highly engaged workforce.
• Be visibly present across your site locations, empowering our managers to deliver exceptional service and create a culture of high performance.
• Build positive working relationships across the business, share best practice and continually optimise business opportunities.
• Proven multi‑site experience managing 10+ sites and large teams from within any customer‑focused industry.
• Strong business acumen, passion for our brands and the ability to deliver great results.
