Job summary

RAFAKidz Nurseries is seeking an Operations Manager for the North with field-based duties across the region and national travel. You will lead Nursery Managers, ensure compliance with EYFS and statutory frameworks, and drive quality improvements while safeguarding financial sustainability.

You will manage budgets, occupancy and staffing, provide strong leadership, and promote exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement across all sites.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Degree-level Early Years qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of multiple RAFAKidz nurseries.
• Ensure EYFS compliance and statutory frameworks.
• Drive quality improvement and regional best practice.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing, and sustainability.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and line management to Nursery Managers.
• Improve customer service, stakeholder satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Represent RAFAKidz in external partnerships.
