Regional Office Manager – Leeds Office (Ref : 932)

Deadline: Noon on 3 December 2025.

Salary: £42,090 pa to £52,598 pa after three years’ service.

Location: Unit 2, Temple Point Business Park, Bullerthorpe Lane, Leeds, LS15 9JL.

Hours of Work: 34 hours per week with attendance times to be agreed. Flexibility will be required in respect of hours worked to ensure adequate office cover.

A vacancy exists for a Regional Office Manager based at the Union’s Leeds Office.

Principal duties are: to manage and motivate a team of administrative staff, ensuring administrative support is provided for the region; to take responsibility for the management of the regional budget, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Union Members’ expenses and to be responsible for the management of regional training.

The successful applicant will possess: an ability to manage and motivate staff; an ability to communicate clear expectations of performance and behaviour and address breaches firmly and fairly; an ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and have well-developed planning and organisational skills; flexibility and adaptability; commercial awareness and budget / cost management know how and an ability to undertake project work.
