Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse, holding a post registration qualification in Occupational Health.
• Hold a current valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional team of OHAs / OHTs to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor staff utilisation and maximise efficiency.
• Ensure clinical operational performance meets KPIs and SLAs.
• Handle significant events per RPS Data Protection procedures.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

High degree of self-management and self-motivation

Good IT skills including Microsoft Office

Line management experience

Education
