Job summary

Boots Hearingcare is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to deliver high-quality, patient‑centred care across a network of clinics. You’ll operate with clinical autonomy while benefiting from strong regional support, ensuring continuity of care and consistent standards.

This multi-site role offers access to the latest technology, structured diaries for thorough consultations, and clear regional planning to maximise impact. Travel between sites is intrinsic to the role.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
• 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hearing care across multiple clinics.
• Provide continuity and stability across the region.
• Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location.
• Act as a trusted clinical presence for customers and store teams.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required.
