A leading charitable leisure trust in Maidstone is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention across leisure centres. The successful candidate will lead marketing strategies and manage campaigns to enhance community engagement. Ideal applicants should possess strong leadership skills, have at least 2 years of marketing experience, and excellent project planning capabilities. This full-time role includes flexibility in hours, with regular travel expected.

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across our South-East leisure centres. You'll drive customer acquisition and retention, manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure our brand reflects and supports the needs of local communities.
Working closely with regional and national teams, you'll develop and deliver impactful marketing strategies that support commercial growth. From seasonal promotions and community events to digital campaigns and local partnerships, you'll be at the heart of our regional marketing efforts.
You’ll lead a small team of Regional Marketing Executives, guiding them to deliver high-quality campaigns and customer engagement. You’ll also collaborate with centre teams to ensure marketing aligns with local needs and business goals.
This role involves regular travel across the region and participation in shift work, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
