A leading charitable leisure organization in England seeks a Regional Marketing Manager to enhance regional marketing strategies, customer engagement, and drive impactful campaigns across leisure centres. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for community engagement. We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across our South-East leisure centres. You'll drive customer acquisition and retention, manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure our brand reflects and supports the needs of local communities. Working closely with regional and national teams, you'll develop and deliver impactful marketing strategies that support commercial growth. From seasonal promotions and community events to digital campaigns and local partnerships, you'll be at the heart of our regional marketing efforts. You'll lead a small team of Regional Marketing Executives, guiding them to deliver high-quality campaigns and customer engagement. You'll also collaborate with centre teams to ensure marketing aligns with local needs and business goals. This role involves regular travel across the region and participation in shift work, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
