A leading Civil Engineering contractor in London is searching for a Regional Managing Engineer to take full responsibility for engineering delivery across multiple major projects. This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior engineer who is confident managing others, driving engineering standards, and ensuring technical excellence across complex, high-value schemes.

The Role

• Lead and oversee engineering teams across 5-6 live civil engineering projects, ensuring accurate setting‑out and technical compliance.
• Manage, support, and maintain performance of engineering teams.
• Consistently deliver QA, documentation, and best practice.
• Collaborate closely with Project/Contract Managers and operational leads.
• Resolve problem‑solving and technical challenges quickly.
• Keep projects on programme and delivered safely.

Qualifications

• Senior Engineer, Managing Engineer, or Section Engineer ready to step up.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience running multiple projects.
• Confident decision maker with excellent technical ability.
