Between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependant on experience + PMI, Company Car + Bonus

As a Regional Manager in our Citizen Services Electronic Monitoring team, you'll lead our field operations across your region and make sure we deliver a safe, high-quality service that supports public protection. You'll guide multiple teams, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of our service.

You’ll be entrusted to:
  • Take full accountability for performance, operational results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across your region
  • Lead and develop Area Manager, Field Line Managers and Field Monitoring Officers to deliver a high‑quality, compliant service
  • Collaborate with senior management team members to ensure consistent delivery of contractual and legislative requirements
  • Build strong relationships with partner organisations to support effective service delivery
  • Ensure a safe working environment by embedding strong health and safety, risk and security practices
  • Manage resource allocation, budgets, service level agreements (SLAs), and supplier performance
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation, using data and technology to enhance service delivery

  • Experience leading large, multi‑functional field teams, with proven experience in a people management role
  • Strong operational management experience, ideally within electronic monitoring or a similar field‑based environment
  • A proven ability to deliver results, manage performance, and meet contractual requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder‑management skills, with the confidence to collaborate across teams and organisations
  • Strong analytical, financial and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience managing change and delivering continuous improvement initiatives
  • Confidence using IT systems to support operational effectiveness
  • The ability to travel across your region and a valid UK driving licence
