Service Manager Children s Residential Services Staffordshire Region Up to £60,000 + Bonuses

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Manager to oversee a cluster of children s residential homes across Staffordshire. This is a pivotal leadership position within a growing organisation committed to delivering high‑quality care and achieving positive outcomes for young people.

In this role, you will lead and support Registered Managers, champion continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards. Regular travel between services and the central office is required, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a children s residential setting (within the last 7 years)
  • At least 3 years supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, or neurodiverse needs
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, or willingness to work towards it
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
