A leading car-buying service in the UK is seeking a Regional Retail Manager to optimize sales across multiple branches. You will manage, motivate, and train retail staff while driving regional purchase objectives. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles and strong leadership and communication skills. Job: Regional Retail Manager (Regional Sales Executive)
Salary: Up to £34,000plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £3000 per annum pro-rata| Year one OTE £70,000
Bonus:Fantastic bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

As a Regional Retail Manager with WBAC you will optimise regional purchase objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees within the area; communicating expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures.
