• Liaise with the office for new site paperwork.
• Order materials for jobs and site stock.
• Ensure all jobs are completed and necessary information uploaded.
• Manage the engineers.

Overview

Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for a Regional Maintenance Manager on behalf of a well-established Building Services Maintenance Contractor. Established over 35 years, they provide reliable and professional management and support of your building needs throughout London and the South East. They offer a range of services including Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Commercial & Domestic Gas Services, Electrical Services and Facilities Management. Their clients are mainly in the commercial sector and include schools and colleges. This is a permanent position, based in Bracknell, requiring the individual to come to the office several times a week with travel to London to manage various sites. You would be overseeing a team of 7 engineers. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm. Salary is £50k – £60k per annum. Perks include Company Car or Car Allowance + Pension + Sick Pay + 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (annual leave is to be increased).

Responsibilities

• Managing the onsite paperwork – ensuring all is up to date and correct.
• Allocating jobs to the engineers where necessary.
• Uploading new site information into the new system ensuring all details are correct.
• Liaising with the office and setting up new site paperwork where needed.
• Overseeing emails from clients.
• Ordering materials for quoted jobs and site stock if required.
• Ensuring all jobs are completed and all required information has been uploaded.
• Managing the engineers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant minimum qualification (HNC/NVQ or equivalent) in either mechanical or electrical discipline.
• A demonstrated history of successfully delivering Mechanical, Electrical and Building Management packages.
• Able to hit the ground running, be flexible with a can-do attitude.
• Strong M&E/Building Services/HVAC background.
• A good understanding of Health and Safety.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
