Compensation: £25,500 / year

Description

The role and purpose of a Regional Learning & Development Coordinator is to provide coordinated and customer‑centred support for all Priory Sites in their assigned geographical region(s), helping the region to achieve compliance through planning of core and specialist training and assisting with general development queries.

What you'll be doing
  • Monitor & manage the Learning and Development Inbox by ensuring queries are distributed amongst the team.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key contacts within your region(s).
  • Report on non‑attendance of core training and elevate high levels of non‑attendance to Site Leads and Operations Directors as necessary.
  • Support the team with project work as and when required, working with stakeholders and reporting to ensure training is maximised by the business.
  • Resolve queries and investigate complaints to maintain customer service to the highest standard possible, in line with Priory values.
What you'll bring to the role
  • Administration experience within a human resource or training department.
  • Good levels of analysis and comfort in a dynamic fast‑moving team.
  • Experience of different software systems – Learning Management desirable.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative to problem‑solve.
  • Strong IT skills.
