Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a learning and development role within healthcare or a complex, regulated environment.
  • Strong track record of leading Learning and Development projects and strategies.
  • Experience evaluating training impact and using data to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the regional learning plan and ensure it's aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Assure quality and consistency of training delivery by competent facilitators.
  • Provide actionable insights to shape future content and learning priorities.
  • Demonstrate influence on performance and workforce competence.
  • Manage risks related to learning gaps and proactively address them.

Skills

Experience in a learning and development role within healthcare
Leading Learning and Development projects
Conducting Learning Needs Analysis
Strong understanding of clinical and non-clinical training
Confident leadership and stakeholder engagement
Organisational and project management skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles and compliance frameworks
Experience using Learning Management Systems

Education

CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development (or equivalent)
