Job summary

NQA, part of the Kiwa UK Group, is seeking a Regional Assessor based in West Yorkshire to deliver accredited assessments for clients via scheduled site visits. This remote role includes frequent travel and requires strong customer service to ensure quality and compliance.

We support customers with certification services and have an extensive global reach. You will conduct audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, produce visit reports, and ensure all activities align with NQA’s

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience carrying out audits/assessments in line with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
Ability to assess against more than one management standard.
Health & Safety background and excellent communication skills.
Proven interpersonal and report writing skills.
Excellent IT skills and full UK driving licence.
Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Deliver accredited assessments meeting set annual targets.
Assess client management systems for compliance with ISO standards.
Perform assessments in line with visit schedules and timelines.
Provide timely feedback to clients and prepare review reports.
Ensure all assessments and visits comply with NQA’s Management System requirements.
Comply with Health & Safety Policy and manage business risks.
