Job summary
Jamieson Clark Limited is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across the South East HVAC market, focusing on contractors, installers and consultant specifiers. You will leverage a leading portfolio of air conditioning, VRF/VRV, DX and heat pump solutions to meet and exceed regional targets.
The role offers a base salary of £60k–£65k with uncapped £100k+ OTE, a company car or car allowance, mobility, and home-working options supported by regional offices and a comprehensive
Qualifications
- Proven track record of selling HVAC into contractors/installers and/or consultant specifiers for commercial projects.
- Experience with HVAC heating and cooling products (air conditioning, DX, VRV/VRF, AHU, chillers, heat pumps) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high-value regional sales pipeline across Surrey, Reading, Guildford and surrounding areas.
- Build relationships with HVAC contractors, installers and consultant specifiers to grow market share.
- Promote the company’s portfolio of hybrid and renewable HVAC technologies to meet energy efficiency and decarbonisation goals.
- Achieve or exceed regional sales targets and contribute to broader company growth.
