Qualifications

• Experience supporting TUPE processes in the UK.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and GDPR.
• HR experience in a fast-paced or multi-site business is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support for UK employees.
• Support employee relations processes, including disciplinaries.
• Coordinate and manage TUPE transfers and consultations.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
