Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading teams.
  • Background in staff dining and high end hospitality, ideally in corporate contract catering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Location: Based at Gogarburn with travel across other locations - Edinburgh, Glasgow and Greenock

Salary: £35-38,000 per annum

To support all levels of hospitality across 4 different sites for one of our prestigious clients in Scotland.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Support Manager to join our team in Scotland. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Working as part of the support team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key operational processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management
  • Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance operational capabilities
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of leading teams.
  • Background in staff dining and high end hospitality, ideally in the corporate contract catering world.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
