Be the driving force behind safe manufacturing at Marshalls plc, the UK’s leading supplier of hard landscaping, roofing, and building products. With over 130 years of manufacturing expertise and Superbrand status since 2010, we’re proud to be part of a FTSE 250 company that prioritises safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
We’re looking for a proactive Regional Health & Safety Advisor to support our South East and South West production sites.
Reporting to the National Safety, Health and Environmental Manager, you'll lead Health & Safety compliance across our South region. You'll be the go‑to advisor for all things SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), working closely with site leaders, engineers, and production teams to ensure best‑in‑class safety practices are integrated into daily operations.
This is a hands‑on role that will see you travelling across our sites, out on the shop floor, influencing behaviours, driving compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across a range of H&S activities.
At Marshalls, safety and inclusivity go hand in hand. We believe everyone deserves to work in an environment where they feel valued, heard, and respected – and we're committed to providing that space. Whoever you are, you're welcome here.
