Cafcass is seeking a Head of Practice to join the senior leadership team, overseeing North Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cumbria with teams in York, Blackburn and Carlisle. The role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for children with strong practice leadership.

You will report to the Assistant Director, manage around 10 Service Managers and about 100 colleagues, and influence outcomes for 1,250–1,500 children while engaging in strategic and operational work across the region.

Formación

• Extensive senior leadership experience in social work
• Ability to lead and inspire large multi-site teams
• Strong change management and service improvement skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a large practice across multiple offices (York, Blackburn, Carlisle)
• Ensure high-quality practice and service delivery across the designated areas
• Support and develop Service Managers and frontline practitioners to deliver positive child outcomes
