A leading aerospace firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional General Counsel to lead a team and provide legal support for the Commercial Engines and Services business in the Europe and Africa region. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in commercial transactions, a Juris Doctorate, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels. This role emphasizes leadership and strategic legal advisory within a fast-paced environment.
The Regional General Counsel will be a key member of GE Aerospace’s leadership team for Europe and Africa, leading a team of experienced legal counsels and professionals primarily in support of the Commercial Engines and Services business in region, while also providing legal, regulatory and compliance support to the broader GE Aerospace team.
You will work closely with business leaders, customers, local entities and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding service while providing professional development and career growth opportunities for your team. This role is set apart by the opportunity to marry leadership with transactional work and forge strong partnerships across region and globally across function and business.
As part of the regional leadership team, you’ll help drive the region’s strategy, with customers, suppliers, partners and employees while also embracing FLIGHT DECK to drive continuous improvement and employee and customer satisfaction.
