Qualifications

• Experience in transport management, logistics, or fleet operations, preferably within the fuel or hazardous materials distribution industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training, and motivating drivers.
• Experience managing ER caseload including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient fuel deliveries across the region.
• Monitor and report on regional key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Promote safety training programmes and conduct risk assessments.
• Manage employee relations caseload including investigations and grievances.
