Clyde Munro Dental Group is seeking an experienced Regional Float Nurse to cover Edinburgh & Lothians, providing chairside support across multiple practices. You will help keep surgeries running smoothly, delivering high-quality patient care and adaptability across teams.

The role offers permanent employment with the flexibility of a locum-style arrangement, enhanced £18/hour rate, mileage reimbursements, CPD opportunities, and company-supported GDC registration fees.

Qualifications

• GDC registration and around 3 years of dental nursing experience.
• Experience in Private and/or NHS practices.
• Able to work with different teams and maintain patient care.
• Adaptable, organised and proactive.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Chairside support across a wide range of treatments and ensure excellent patient care.
• Create a calm and welcoming environment for patients.
• Keep surgeries running smoothly including set-up and stock management.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Software of Excellence.
• Assist with reception duties and daily operations as needed.

• Supporting clinicians chairside across a wide range of treatments, ensuring excellent patient care.
• Creating a calm and welcoming environment where patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
• Keeping surgeries running seamlessly - from set-up to stock management, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Using your organisational skills to maintain accurate patient records (using Software of Excellence).
• Getting involved beyond the surgery - from reception duties to helping with daily operations, your adaptability will shine.
