Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with relevant regional experience preferred.
• Experience delivering accurate, timely reporting and budgeting.
• Housebuilding or regional finance team experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce management accounts, forecasts and cashflow for the region.
• Provide financial insight to support decision making and forecasting.
• Analyse sales prices, development costs and site margins for profitability.
• Develop robust financial controls and reporting across the region.
