Job summary

Keepmoat Limited in Leeds is seeking a Finance Director to lead the Yorkshire West region from our Beeston, Leeds base. You will drive the budget, strategic financial direction and manage the regional finance team.

Reporting to the Divisional Finance Director, you will be a proactive regional board member, developing a robust 5-year plan, and ensuring sound governance, reporting and cash forecasting. Experience in housebuilding/construction and strong treasury is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior finance leader in housebuilding or construction.
• Strong financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience of managing financial process change and system implementation.
• Experience working in a plc or private equity environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of the budget and strategic financial direction for the region.
• Provide leadership and management for finance controls, business planning and governance.
• Lead the regional Finance team and collaborate with Central Finance.
• Prepare monthly profit and cash forecast and maximise site profitability.
